Not only do our members have a passion for reading, but they also have a place in their heart for volunteer activities, fundraisers and Black History awareness.

I got tired of not being able to take my son to the main fun center establishments because of his special needs. I was fed up with the dirty looks from other mom when my son became too vocal when he was excited. I was heartbroken by the looks and stares when my son would suddenly go into a seizure.
