I decided to start this group because I lost my Boston Terrier, Daisy to a brain tumor and Valentine's Day 2009 and I have been battling bone cancer with my American Bulldog, Lily, for over 3 years. 2 Million Dogs was formed with the singular aim of eradicating cancer in pets and people and it will work towards that end by educating people about and investing in comparative oncology studies
Denver and the surrounding area has great restaurants and other activities/venues that offer high-class experiences that sometimes come with a higher than average price tag. "Splurge" will offer periodic opportunities to those who want to eat at fancy restaurants to do so, but don't usually get the chance, or who want to attend a charity event or fund-raiser where they can get dressed up and peek at how the "other half" indulge themselves.
